NoteAdMobEditor (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is a lightweight offline notepad application designed for Android devices with the package name: com.bo.openwen. This Privacy Policy sets out our rules governing the collection, storage and use of your data when you use the App. By downloading, installing and using NoteAdMobEditor, you fully understand and consent to all provisions contained in this Privacy Policy.
All text notes you create, edit and save are stored locally on your mobile device only via Android’s built-in SharedPreferences.
We will never upload, synchronize, back up or share your note content to any cloud servers, third-party platforms or databases. Your note data will never leave your mobile device under any circumstances.
The App requests network permission solely for loading rewarded advertisements, which are required to unlock the note saving feature.
We integrate the Google AdMob SDK. This SDK may automatically collect your device’s Advertising ID (AAID) to serve non-personalized advertisements. The processing of such data is governed by Google’s official Privacy Policy.
The App will not proactively access sensitive personal information including your contacts, location, camera, photo gallery, call logs or SMS messages.
Local note data: Used exclusively for you to view, edit and delete notes within the App, and will not be used for any commercial purposes.
Device Advertising ID: Used only for regular ad delivery. We will not track your cross-app activities or deliver targeted marketing content based on this identifier.
We will not sell, rent or transfer any user data to third-party merchants, advertising agencies or data service providers for commercial gain.
All your note content is stored in the App’s private isolated storage directory, which cannot be accessed or read by other third-party applications installed on your phone. We strictly follow Android’s native storage isolation standards to minimize the risk of local data leakage.
We do not operate any cloud servers to store user data, so there is no risk of server breach exposing your private notes.
This App relies on Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertising services. The collection and processing of Advertising IDs are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

If you are a parent or guardian who has permitted your child to use this service, please review these terms together with your child. You shall be fully responsible for your child’s activities within the application.
This App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from users under 13 years old, please contact us promptly, and we will delete all relevant data without delay.
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the latest revised version on this page once updates are made. Your continued use of NoteAdMobEditor after the revisions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For users located within the EEA, we comply with updated statutory update obligations and the online withdrawal mechanism under EEA consumer laws.
For users outside the EEA, we add supplementary disclaimers for AI-generated content; for users in India, we abide by applicable legal reporting obligations if users violate local laws.
If you do not agree to accept the new terms, you should remove your content and stop using the relevant services. You may also terminate your relationship with us at any time without penalty by closing your Google Account.

您所有的笔记内容都存放在应用专属私有存储目录，手机上其他第三方应用无法读取访问。我们严格遵守安卓系统原生存储隔离规范，降低本地信息泄露风险。
我方未搭建任何云端服务器存放用户资料，不存在服务器泄露造成私人笔记外泄的风险。

针对欧洲经济区（EEA）用户，我们遵守EEA消费者法规中法定更新义务与线上撤销机制相关条款。
对于EEA以外地区用户，我们补充新增AI相关免责声明；针对印度地区用户，若用户违反当地法律，我们将依法履行举报义务。
如果您不同意接受新条款，您可以删除个人内容并停止使用本服务，您也可以随时关闭Google账号终止合作，不会受到任何处罚。
